When first checked in I was upgraded to a room with a microwave and fridge, however when we got to our room there was no towels and the heater didn’t work. We were able to switch to a different room. But things just became worse it took 10-15 minutes for the hot water to heat up for the shower not once in six days were we asked if we would like more towels or linen, we had to track down housekeeping. And the night shift front desk person was dressed in a graphic tee and jeans with a ball cap. Made you wonder if he even worked there. Overall the entire experience is in the front lobby where it was very well kept and decorated for Christmas but all just a front for a very dissatisfying holiday.

The front desk staff were great. The room left a bit to be desired. There were empty cans under one of the beds in our first room. The staff put us into another room. The pool was cold. Not much variety in the breakfast.

The queen beds were really comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the room and really whole hotel was overall dirty. Toilet and bathroom weren’t clean. Hair in the tub and grime in the toilet. The floor in the whole room didn’t look like it had been mopped recently.

The room was not very clean and kinda cold with the vynyl floors. The toiles rocked and the tub had a ring in it of dirty stuff. The staff was very kind and courteous. I did sleep well on the bed.

The hotel was a ghost hotel, hardly any other people were there. The hotel was dirty as was the room with a dirty washcloth in the shower and the toilet didn’t flush properly. Cigarette butts and dog feces in the grass. I don’t recommend this hotel!

The room itself was fine. However anything we needed and called the front desk for (towels, toilet paper, shampoo) they made us come to the desk to get it instead of delivering to our room. The hot tub was lukewarm at best. The breakfast was subpar.

The room was dirty. The floor, the bathroom. Things were broken when we got there. The hot tub was cold in June when we were there. They said it would be fixed the next week. So on our return in October, still cold. Again they said it would be fixed next week. My room key had to be redone 3 times. We were there 2 nights. In the middle of the night I had to go to the car to get something for my husband, I had to reenter through the lobby because the key wouldn't let me in the outside door! The front desk lady parked her vehicle for 24 hours in the drive up in front ,just barely past the door. It is a very low budget place. I witnessed a couple complaining because they were charged twice and couldn't get it reversed. Their breakfast food selection was very slim and sad. They charge for parking.

Where do we start. The toilet wasn’t working, the shower drain would not drain, the shampoo and conditioner bottles 100% empty. The bathtub bottom they have put something on it to cover old tub and it’s dirty and bumpy. The bed was on top of some homemade wood contraption. The door and walls were so dirty We just landed back in North America from a month in Europe and were driving south. Jet lag hit and we stopped to a nightmare

We have stayed here before. Didn’t like the sliding barn door on the bathroom. No door stop, always a gap, and no kind of hold from the inside of the door to open it. Room wasnt cleaned 2nd day. This a nice, clean facility close to downtown. Pretty sure staff shortage was affecting service. Hot breakfast options. Will stay there again.

The women who checked us in was great and the rest of the staff was awful- The smoke detector went off cause it needed new batteries and i was accused of smoking in the room when I don't smoke at all. There was no face place the outlets. The toliet would not flush correctly-No soap for hair was in the bottles. Toliet paper was not replenised- Most of all the 1st floor rek of smoke in non smoking hotel. The woman who did the breakfast was very good. The property close to the window was full of cigrette butts- Lets put it this was I am never going to stay at a clarion hotel ever again.

Unfortunately there was lots of the breakfast items that were empty when we went down to eat. There was no hot water. I waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk when i was checking out. I finally just left my room keys on the desk and walked away without getting a receipt.
