「Das Hotel war sauber und schön. Das Personal höflich und zuvorkommend.
Wir müssen allerdings einen Punkt abziehen, weil das Essen leider nur ok war. Vorallem die warmen Speisen am Buffet waren nicht sonderlich gut gewürzt und etwas langweilig. Das A-la-carte Restaurant war dauerhaft geschlossen weil angeblich eine neue Karte erstellt wird - mitten in der Saison 😉 wers glaubt wird selig.
Dadurch waren wir gezwungen ins nahegelegene und köstliche Thalassas Restaurant auszuweichen was noch...

「Schöne Anlage – aber nicht durchgehend auf 5-Sterne-Niveau
Das Elounda Mare ist eine wunderschöne Anlage mit viel Charme. Einige Mitarbeiter haben wir als ausgesprochen freundlich und engagiert erlebt. Die Feel Good Managerin war sehr bemüht, auf unsere Anliegen einzugehen. Besonders positiv möchten wir den Pagen hervorheben, der sich auch um unser Auto kümmerte. Auch das Barpersonal war freundlich und aufmerksam.
Die defekte Toilettenspülung wurde noch am selben Tag innerhalb kurzer Zeit...

「Generally a positive review especially the staff who were excellent. Family friendly with food surprisingly good for an all inclusive, a notch down from restaurant quality but good value for the overall price. Facilities otherwise excellent which are clearly geared for children with the exception of the ‘quiet pool’ (one of four pools).
Negatives as follows:
Bar area poor, no adult vibe whatsoever with simple tables and hard chairs located next to the children’s play area which tends to be...

「The rooms were lovely and clean. They were basic compared with the rest of the hotel, they could have done with some more storage or drawers.
Food was good, entertainment was great, the children’s pool was a little small but done the job and there was always sun beds. I’d happily go back and I never usually say that」
