「The front desk associate Doug is always an amazing person with warm welcomes and greets us. Everytime I stay in Durango I stay here. Doug is always helpful and the breakfast biscuits and gravy are legendary with the coffee!!! 」

「Excellent hotel, very friendly staff. The only problem was the elevator, but it didn't matter to me; I was able to carry my luggage up to the second floor using the stairs. I will definitely stay here again. :)」

「Comfortable bed and nice layout. Couch was a bit stained. Breakfast was typical. Location to trail along river was really nice.
Love the EV chargers! Thank you for having them available, it was a big reason why we selected your hotel. 」

「The room temperature was very comfortable. The rooms was clean and stocked with everything I needed. On the other hand the shower contraption from the tub spigot was awful.」
