「3rd visit to Hotel Bocciolo - and we will definitely have to go there again. The owners of the hotel is the nicest people…..the restaurant is great (absolutely no need to go elsewhere) and the location is few minutes from the lake with “beach “ possibility’s 」

「Romantic gettaway on Lake Maggiore with balcony facing the lake. The adjoining restaurant had lake access for swimming, sunbathing, paddleboarding, etc. The vistas were incredible!」

The whole atmosphere of the house and the surrounding area but also the rooms, breakfast, music during breakfast and the discreet but perfect service (not to intrusive) makes you feel like being in a grand hotel of the last century. 「Great location in Angera for this 3 star hotel. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming and it felt like a family-run establishment. It was a little rough around the edges in places (e.g. minibar fridges could do with a good clean), but overall a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Angera!」

「Incredible view of the lake from the balcony of a comfortable and spacious room. Great bed. We loved the spa with a panoramic view of the lake. We thought the breakfast was expensive at €22 a head for what was on offer. 」

「The single room was well-equipped with a desk, chair, lamp, tv, wardrobe and good sized bathroom. Bed was comfortable and extra pillow was appreciated. The hotel was quite warm for me but even in early November the weather was pleasant enough that I could open the window. Housekeeping, bar and breakfast staff were all very friendly.」
