"Beautiful rooms and lovely location but this place is crying out for a proper, visible hotel manager. It feels like the hotel has lost its manager as the venue seems to lack direction, was quite grubby in places (mildew around the pool, randomly stacked cheap plastic chairs that didn’t need to be there, structures in the parking area falling down).
