Check in was fast . Desk staff courteous and efficient. However, room was dingy and worn. Floor was dirty. Towels were old and threadbare. No soap provided for washbasin. Beds were uncomfortable. Overall, hotel could use a refresh

Circle Inn - Iloilo City Center
Room was decent, staff were polite with basic amenities but didnt realize the location would be next to the upgraded wet market. Other than that, it served its ourpose for 2 nights in the city.
