「Incredible place to stay. A remote and unspoilt location where your only company is monkeys seeing if through the trees all around you. Pool is incredible and villa interiors are sublime, though quite minimalist and thus not suitable for everyone. Staff are wonderful. Manager will bring very delicious rice and curry if you don’t want to cook for a fixed price per head which, given the restaurant prices in ahangama are v reasonable. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, überall sind Schimmelflecken auf der Tapete zu finden bzw. ist diese an diversen Stellen bereits kaputt. Der Fußboden ist abgenutzt und in den Ecken ist Schimmel zu finden. Die Fenster am Gang wurden gefühlt seit monaten nicht mehr geputzt und auch die Abflüsse weißen Schimmelspuren auf. 「We had a very nice stay for two nights. Both pools are excellent, staff are very friendly, the room was clean and had modern amenities. Breakfast was excellent however, we had lunch at the hotel one day and it was only okay. There are a few monkeys around the property however, most never come into the actual hotel. For note, the hotel is based on top of a hill which is a very steep climb. While there is an outdoor lift for luggage and personal use, it does operate very slowly so the stairs...
