It has a fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts such as:
- the dishwasher,
- the microwave,
- the oven.
Windowed bathroom with washing machine for longer stays.
Bedroom with terrace facing south so sunny all day and open view of the hill and the city.
It is suitable for families who want to spend a beach holiday, with all the services available; for couples who want to relax in a quiet and sunny environment; to people who travel for work and ask for all the comforts like at home and to all those who want to take a short vacation in a city by the sea.
For those who want it, I can give advice on which areas to visit and which public transport to use for travel.
For example, 200 meters from the accommodation are the bus stops that connect the center of Imperia with:
- Sanremo in 50 minutes;
- Diano Marina in 15 minutes;
- Andora in 30 minutes.
All the buses pass under the house to reach the new Imperia railway station (about 1,000 meters from the apartment) that connects the city with France in just a few minutes or with other Ligurian cities, by the sea.
At 200 meters from the apartment is the stop for the new "FLIXBUS" bus service for trips beyond the region.
For those who want to reach Imperia for business reasons, the accommodation is located near all major public and private offices.
For bike lovers there are different itineraries, without excluding the fantastic bike path that for now, starting from San Lorenzo al mare, arrives at Ospedaletti crossing the center of San Remo and all the other neighboring villages on the sea. In fact, the entire route, being located on the old railway site, overlooks the sea.
The apartment is right in the center so starting from the morning you can reach: breakfast bar with excellent fresh pastries and shops with shop windows under the ancient arcades.
You can also visit both the local market on Wednesdays and Saturdays and the urban park more suitable for younger children or for those who like to keep fit.
There is no lack of restaurants and pizzerias.
We can find: those on the ancient port of Imperia Oneglia, those at Borgo Marina a stone's throw from the tourist port of Imperia Porto Maurizio or those located at the hamlet Parasio.
In this ancient ancient village you can visit the typical Ligurian alleyways and especially the Logge di Santa Chiara.
For the evening, in addition to the pubs and seaside spots in Oneglia, by bus or train you can also reach Diano Marina, Alassio or San Remo where there are other discos and clubs.
For those arriving by train the apartment is 1000 meters from the Imperia railway station towards the city center; for those arriving by car it is about 1 km from the Imperia Est tollgate towards the sea and the city center.
It is available free of charge for those who wish to make use of it, a private garage at about 200 meters from the apartment.
I am sorry but animals are not allowed, it is absolutely forbidden to smoke inside the apartment out of respect for subsequent visitors.
It is forbidden to bring towels or other linen supplied outside the apartment.
Only guests who have booked can stay in the apartment, other external people cannot access it.
Day and night taxi service can be reached on foot at about 150 meters. Guests will be asked for documents at check-in.

A city tax of € 2.00 per person and night applies, the first 4 nights.
Children under the age of 14 are exempt from paying this tax.
The tourist tax is paid upon check-in directly to the owner.
