In the centre of Torrazza 7 km from the centre of Imperia Porto Maurizio, in a sunny, elevated position, 7 km from the sea. 50 m stepped path to the house. Public car park at 200 m. Grocery 7 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 7 km, bar 7 km, bakery 7 km, café 7 km, bicycle rental 7 km, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 7 km pebble beach 7 km. Riding stable 3 km, cycle lane 7 km. Hiking paths: Monte Faudo (1000 m) 15 km. Please note: car recommended.
    3-room penthouse 80 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, 1 bed (80 cm). Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating.
