“BEDBUGS! I found a bedbug in the bed my children was sleeping in! Unacceptable! My family and I immediately checked out after finding this atrocity. We still had a day left on our stay, I didn't even care about it. My family's health and safety is priority. Tried contacting the host Monica to get some type of relief, she was rude and unreasonable, deflecting responsibility. No apologies, no accountability. I'll never book a stay on this site again! Terrible! Shower curtains had mildew on them……
