“So nice having the king sized beds! Open and clean floor plan was ideal for our toddler. Extra fans in the rooms a plus. Enjoyed the board games for family time. Close to golf courses. AC worked great. Only negatives were not a lot of shade options by the pool, and the pool toys/floats could use a refresh. We had brought our own EZ-Up and pool toys anyhow, so no big deal for us. The pool/spa were in good shape and made the stay totally worth it. Very pleased with our stay - would definitely book……

“House smelt like Lysol upon arrival. There were a few things I wasn't expecting, like having to unload clean dishes from dishwasher in order to use the dishwasher. The dryer was running so we had to fold the previous people's towels in order to use. The oven mitts/hot pan holders were dirty with BBQ sauce on them from previous people..left in the drawer. The game room was extremely hot due to the dryer venting into the garage. The master bed had plenty of pillows but the mattress was extremely……

“This is a fabulous property locally owned and maintained. I stayed four months in 2024-25 and 2025-26 in this now four-year-old property in a quiet family home subdivision close to shopping and restaurants. I love the sunrise and sunset views from the back yard facing the open desert. The house is very well equipped and furnished for an extended stay. The owner added TVs to the second and third bedrooms, a whole home water filter and softener, mesh wifi, and more between my two winter stays.……

“Everything was as promised. We were very happy with the accommodations. The following comments are provided as information to the owner. It appeared that the laminate floors needed to be wet mopped due to dust. The curtains on the sliding glass doors facing the street were TOO shear, allowing passerby to look inside when the lights were on at night. The A/C unit was directly outside the bedroom (not Master) window, disturbing sleep when coming on at night. It would be a good Idea to provide……
