"The shower heater was not working properly due to very low water pressure. Bathing took longer which made me miss my appointment. The room was not made up when I returned from a long day out. And there was reluctance to do cleaning when I called their attention. "

"We had a great time at Lazy Tiki. Philippe and Juliana welcomed us warmly and made our stay comfortable. The place is quiet and relaxing. The pool is nice and refreshing. We had a wonderful, hearty breakfast prepared by Philippe and Juliana. We are very grateful. Would love to come visit again in the future. I told my family and friends. Philippe is such a great host and so as Juliana keeping up the place. Thanks again!!!"

"Check in was fast . Desk staff courteous and efficient. However, room was dingy and worn. Floor was dirty. Towels were old and threadbare. No soap provided for washbasin. Beds were uncomfortable. Overall, hotel could use a refresh "
