This place is such a great place with everything you need, they are nice and very responsive. If you are taking public transportation from ICN Airport, it is quite a walk from Unseo station, but you should be fine if you don't have extra luggage with you. Overall, it's a good place with Washing Machine (no dryer) and all basic amenities.

日付のかわるギリギリの予約とチェックイン、それに初めてのゲストハウス利用でしたが丁寧に何度もやりとりしていただきました。コンセントが枕元やTVの近くにありましたがどれも微妙に離れていて延長コードを一本置いてもらえるといいなと思います。

Stayed 1 night for a long layover between flights. Easily accessible from the Airport via subway, I took the AREX to Unseo Station, and walked about 15 minutes to the Guesthouse. Guesthouse Ko In is in a quiet area not too far from the train station. Lots of places to eat or get coffee nearby. Check in staff were kind and friendly, and showed me how to change the lock code on my door. If you have luggage, I'd highly recommend an uber or taxi.

전반적으로 만족합니다. 객실도 깨끗하고 조용했습니다. 근데 아쉬운 점은 1. 침대 이불 커버가 안 쒸어져있었다는 점 2. 코로나때문에 주방을 쓸수 없고 아침 조식이 없다는 점 2번은 공지를 하시는게 나을것 같습니다. 그리고 주변에 먹을 곳이 없는것은 아니었습니다. 군데 군데 식당이 있습니다. ^^

1.It was easy to enter and exit　property at your convenience. 2. The rooms are private with individual locks for added security. 3. You had washing facilities and a kitchen area to make meals. I didn't like the fact that you could not contact the staff easily if you had an issue. You had to wait until someone visited the complex

距離雲西站近，一號出口那邊有很多吃的。旅館裡面有暖氣所以很溫暖，設備都很齊全。我們睡的地方外面風大時，外面的布條吹動有點吵。

周りに何もない、駅から遠いです

駅からスーツケースをひいて歩くには遠かった。 決してサービスが悪いわけではないが、プライベートバスルームの部屋を予約していたが、案内された部屋は違っていた。疲れていたのもあり荷物を広げたあとで言いにいくのも面倒でそのまま使いましたが。 共用バスルームは狭くて、使いにくい。汗を流す程度で思っていたが良い。

그닥....

일단 위치가 진짜 최악입니다. 역에서 한참걸어야하고 주변에정말 아무것도 없습니다. 탁구장과 함께 운영하고있는데 뭘 물어보고싶어도 늘 주인이 없어서 탁구치시는분들이 대신 알려주거나 해서 당황스러웠네요...관리가 제대로 안되는듯 합니다. 침구는 편하고 깔끔했지만 다시는 안갈듯하네요.

很清潔的民宿

房間很清潔整齊。隣近有便利店。距離地鐵站大約步行15分鐘，交通很方便。但要用大約一個多小時，才能到達旅遊景點。 屋主兩夫婦很友善。

게스트하우스라는것을 명심하자!

미국으로 떠나기 전 아침비행기라 근처 숙소에서 머무르게되었습니다. 1. 새집이라 깨끗한편 2. 게스트하우스라는것을 명확히 인지하지못함(쉐어룸입니다.) 3. 사진에는 표시되지않은 2층침대가 제공됨. (더블침대로 알고 방문...ㅠ) 4. 주변 상권이 거의 없음.(걸어서 3분거리 편의점 두개, 일부 식당) 5. 호텔이 아니기때문에 일회용품 구비되어있지 않음 위의 사항들이 있다 하더라도. 사장님 친절하고 신식이라 깨긋합니다. 정말 그냥 하루 잠만 자고 가기에는 아주 훌륭한편입니다만...제가 사진때문에 기대가 컷네요. ㅎㅎ 번창하세요.
