"Front desk staff was amazing, a gentleman who was working when we arrive made sure we had everything we needed! I’m grateful since I was traveling with my kid. All staff was amazing , kitchen staff made delicious meals and housekeeping was great "

"My stay at Paradise City felt like a calm, indulgent escape. Everything flowed with ease—from the beautifully designed spaces to the gentle attentiveness of the staff. Cimer spa was the highlight for me—serene, immersive, and the perfect place to fully unwind and be in my own space. The room was spacious and comfortable, and while breakfast was just okay, the overall experience felt restful and refined. I would absolutely return for another solo reset."

"Great hotel but DO NOT book on their own website. We booked a room for 2 on Expedia and paid a very reasonable price with taxes and fees. Then we decided to book another room to stay in separate rooms. I did it on the Oakwood website. They gave me a different, more expensive room than I selected, the price was increased significantly by taxes and fees (different from the Expedia site), and the booking was non refundable. VERY frustrating. That said, it’s a great hotel, but book somewhere other than their website. "

"Very clean room Staffs are very kind. Small kitchen but has everything I needed. Parking was free, located in the same building. "
