Received an expected room upgrade when checking-in, which was a very pleasant surprise to start my short stay at this hotel! Room and staff were beyond amazing! Only 2 things to be mindful of are: spa/sauna does have visible tattoo restrictions, and the gym only has pin & cable machines (no free weights, dumbells, barbells, etc.).

Comfortable hotel a 35' drive from Incheon airport. We were looking for a hotel to stay in between flights that would be in an area that we could walk around and where there would be some restaurants as well. This hotel ticked all the boxes. The airport collection service was also really efficient (the taxi driver was waiting for us in the arrivals hall with a name placard) and the staff were helpful. Would recommend!

Only couple minutes walk to the nearest subway station! Hotel is also located across the Songdo Central Park! Our view was majestic. The rooms are very spacious compared to other hotels in Seoul. Washroom is also spacious with GOOD water pressure. We enjoyed the 24/7 CU convenient store inside the hotel for late night snacks.
