“In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!”

“All I had hoped for. They were slow to fix the broken light in the kitchen but I used the spa while waiting!! ”

“El apartamento esta muy bien, tiene muy buenas vistas y esta perfectamente equipado, la única disconformidad que tengo es que te piden una fianza elevada sin avisar con antelación ni comunicarlo previamente, y de la cual te avisan de que descontaran si no esta limpio el apartamento al salir (algo obvio que hay que dejarlo limpio), pero te dan hasta friegasuelos!!! 120€ una noche y no te incluye servicio de limpieza ni nada…”

“El primer cuarto tenia mucho olor a construccion, tuvimos que pedir que nos cambien de cuarto, y lo hicieron sin problema”

“Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce chalet pour les 30 ans de ma compagne. Un équipement complet pour 21, piscine+jacuzzi, un accueil chaleureux de Monsieur Loiseau qui n’hésite pas à répondre en cas de problème. Vue au top, localisation proche de la ville et des remontées. Un bémol toutefois sur l'impression qui ressort de l'aspect extérieur général du chalet, ainsi que du nombre de toilettes/douches et leur disposition.”

“A pesar que solo pasamos una sola noche, definitivamente me hubiera gustado pasar todas las vacaciones aqui. Somos una famila de 5 y el tener 2 pisos nos dió mucho espacio para acomodarnos. Ademas tener 2 baños es todo un lujo. ”

“établissement propre et calme , très bon accueil de la part du personnel , appartement spacieux. Le seul problème est le parking payant ( 12 euros la nuit ) qui n'est pas indiqué à la réservation , sinon il faut aller se garer assez loin dans un autre parking payant. ”

“We had the accommodation as a starting point for enduro tours around Andorra. the location is perfect. The small town is quiet and beautiful. The apartment is very clean and perfectly equipped. The associated terrace with covered seating and grill is fantastically beautiful. The motorcycles could also be safely parked there. It was a wonderful holiday and I would recommend it to anyone who wants it quiet.”

“The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. ”

“Really was a lovely place to stay. Staff always helpful and chatty. Room was immaculate and so was the hotel. I really cannot fault. The food was excellent with lots of choice and fresh. They certainly did not cut corners with lovely meat dishes, lots of fresh fruit, fresh breads really nice. My ONLY small criticism was that we chose this hotel because it showed a swimming pool and hot-tub. However they didn't make it clear that you have to PAY EXTRA for this EVERY time. It was 14 Euros a……

“Very convenient hotel to the ski slopes with ski lockers and free shuttle to the lifts. The breakfast was very tasty with many choices. The staff was very friendly and courteous. ”
