  • A great family or multifamily getaway, this recently remodeled home has 3BR, 2 BA with ground floor master bedroom and upstairs master bedroom, large kid’s bunkroom, spacious deck, outdoor open space, well maintained and cleared parking and walkways.

    The ground floor has a master bedroom with CA King, bathroom with walk-in tile shower, family room with gas fireplace and large screen TV with DVD, a dining table and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The upstairs master bedroom has a CA King bed. The large kids’ bunkroom with two full/twin bunk beds, games, and widescreen TV with DVD, has plenty of space to play or relax.

    The large deck opens up to a private open space, perfect for the kids to have snowball fights or throw a Frisbee.

    Linens, towels, clothes soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, tissue, hair dryers, and much more are provided for your use and enjoyment. Just bring your clothes, skis, bikes, toothbrush and toothpaste.

    Amenities include: wireless internet, 2 TVs with DVDs, washer & gas dryer, gas fireplace, new argon high efficiency windows and slider.

    Conveniently located, the home is across the street from the Championship Golf Course/Chateau Clubhouse, 1 mile from the Hyatt Resort/Casino and within minutes of a variety of restaurants, grocery store, the Lake Tahoe beaches of Incline, and the Incline Village fitness center. Stateline casinos and hotels are an approximate 10 minute drive, Mount Rose ski resort is a 20 minute drive and Diamond Peak ski resort is only 5 minutes away.

    We are also very open to a seasonal rental. Please call for very reasonable ski lease rates!!

Perfect for diamond peak

Spacious and comfortable, well stocked kitchen, and super clean. Diamond peak 5 mim drive away with option of free shuttle, less than 500 feet away. We had a wonderful stay.

This townhouse was just perfect for our summer getaway. The pictures and description were spot on. The back porch was my fav spot, great for morning coffee and evening cocktail. The bedrooms were comfy. All in all, I would recommend this spot to families or a set of couples.

Early winter ski trip

The location was perfect for skiing at diamond peak and Mount Rose. We had family in Reno and definitely need 4 wheel drive and snow tires to get back and forth. Full kitchen, clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Would definitely recommend.

Our 2nd time (and we've booked a 3rd for later this season). The owners are so nice. Place was clean/ready- well appointed. The caveat (and this is with every rental we've ever had in Tahoe- and elsewhere) is the kitchen/chef knives could use some love. :) We really enjoy this place.

This home was perfect for our adult family of 6, and we could have squeezed in a couple more. The location is great. We skiied at Palisades midweek, and it was easy to get to. Walking to town is tough in the winter as there are no sidewalks plowed, but it is super close to everything. The property mgr was great, super-responsive. WiFi is a little spotty, but they are working on that. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

Great location, across street from Golf Course

We stayed here with family for a wedding at the Château and were very pleased with the three bedrooms and spacious accommodations. Everything was very clean and we had close proximity to stores and EV chargers. Only minus was the 4 cup coffee maker that didn’t quite work for five adults. However, they did have a Keurig available for those that use it.

The house was great for our family of five plus two grandparents. The bunk bed room was a great space for the kids to escape and play. The location is ideal, near everything in Incline Village and a quick drive to Sand Harbor or King’s Beach area. Our family will definitely check if this house is available again in the future. Amy (the host) was very quick to respond to any messages.

Stayed here with my husband and our four teens for the Christmas holiday. It was awesome. Great, quiet location. Lovely, clean, spacious place. Was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay and to make family meals. Bunk room is massive. Put the teens upstairs and adults downstairs. Perfect arrangement. Host was responsive to questions. Would absolutely stay here again. One minor issue: bright lights outside at night are a problem if you are sensitive to lights when you are sleeping.

Fantastic, clean, quiet and conveniently located

Loved this place. The layout worked so well for our family of 5. It was well maintained, spotlessly cleaned and incredibly well stocked both on linens, kitchen supplies and extras. We spent 4 days and loved how close it was to the mountain and also the beach and playgrounds. Would absolutely stay here again. The only downsides were that the dryer really didn’t dry well. It took at least 3 times through for one regular load to dry. Lastly, a weird fluke, the fire alarm went off at 2 am our last night for no apparent reason. Fireplace was off and no appliances were running. Nonetheless this was an awesome stay, the friendly neighbor even gave my kids some toys and we left some behind for future families. The little outdoor area was a perfect spot for kids to work out energy while they waited for us to leave or while little sibling napped. Highly recommend this rental.
