“The property was under renovations, the ice makers only worked on one floor, the elevator floors were dirty. It was definitely what I would expect a Hilton to be. You can do better, let's just say the Best Western we stayed at was kept up way better than this hotel. Great location though.”

“We liked everything except the fact that the elevator was inoperable for the first three days of our stay in the hotel. So we had to walk three stories up to our room on the third floor.
The staff, cleanliness of our room and the intire hotel, breakfast and availability of parking were all excellent.
We feel, that some type of compensation should be offered by your company for the inconvenience that we endured during the time the elevator was not working.”
