We are located on a quiet residential street 40 steps from the beach. The beach is pristine and quiet.
Our large private garden provides plenty of space for relaxing, playing games and socializing with friends and family. Our home is fully equipped and ready to enjoy. It's close proximity to the beach and the sounds of the surf with have you spending much of your time by the water! We have 5 new bicycles for your enjoyment (additional bikes can be rented in town for $15/day, each).

Kids are welcome but no pets or indoor smoking please. City bylaws (and respect for our neighbors) prohibit large events and excessive noise.

Winter season (Dec 1 - Mar 31) has a 14 day minimum stay.
Summer season (Apr 1 - Nov 30) has a 3 day minimum stay. There is a 10% discount for any stay over 28 consecutive days.
When you select dates the software will show you the applicable rates and indicate the minimum stay required.

A per stay cleaning fee of $375 applies, as do Florida state and local taxes. We do not charge additional or hidden administrative fees.
