「I recently booked the house with a three-car garage through your platform. The property exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and convenience. The spacious garage was a definite highlight, providing ample parking space. Overall, it was a great stay. Regards, Ahmad」

「The staff who communicated with me was very responsive and kind. The house itself was lovely, although the stairs were steep and a little hard to get luggage up. The parking was tiny, and difficult to traverse in our compact SUV. It was dog friendly, but the yard was not, being just a concrete slab with some weeds they could potty on, but there was a park across the street to walk them.」

「We had a very pleasant stay at Modern Carriage House Indianapolis. The property was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. One of the best features was the attached garage downstairs, which made parking especially convenient and secure. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We also appreciated having filtered water and ice available directly from the refrigerator, and the mattress was excellent—very comfortable and great for a good night’s sleep. The host was very responsive...

「Excellent property and hosts. We could not be happier with the space, the location, the communication or the hospitality. We could see and feel the pride and hard work that was put into the property. Communication from the host was phenomenal. Rooms were spotless and well decorated. Bed was ridiculously comfortable. We were very appreciative to have such a nice space to come back to at the end of some very long days. Being located across the street from Shapiro’s deli was a bonus and...

「Perfect place, free parking」

「The home was great, clean, and felt comfortable! There was a 500 security deposit and contract that was shared in addition to VRBO which I didn’t expect but full transparency I might have overlooked this when I read the property description. The deposit and contract was an easy step/process.」

「We had a good time at this property. It had everything we needed and the location was close to drive to all the places we wanted to go like the children’s museum and other downtown attractions. We were traveling with young kids and the second bedroom had a comfy twin bed and trundle and was dark with curtains. One thing I’ll mention is that the main bed had one of those egg crate toppers which I found to be uncomfortable. The main bedroom also only had gauzy light curtains so it was pretty...

「Austin, the owner, was responsive but no resolutions reached. The Alexa in the main living anrea and tv in the bed room as well as the circle lights on the Indy sign did not work our entire stay. I reached out to Austin several times to advise and way too many times for me to be on vacation. No resolution offered! The hall in the building and unit at the property are very Dark and could definitely more lighting. The unit was clean; kitchen functional nothing impressive. The shower in the...

「Clean comfortable older apartment . One bed no couch . It suited my needs perfectly. Close to down town via a car , über. Easy , clear almost instant communication with the owners when I had any questions . I hope to stay there again when I attend another convention here 」

「Great place!! Easy to get to, great communication as to parking, expectations, etc.The kitchen and living room were great for our needs, especially the large kitchen table. It was nice having the living room area and bathroom in the basement, as well as the three bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor.(Water pressure and hot water were both fantastic also!)We didn’t get to use the bonfire pit, but it and the patio and back yard were a nice setup.Thank you for having us!!」

「Clean」

「Great property in a cool area of town, nice yard where you can sit and watch the action go by. Great for the dogs to have a little place to run around. Host was very helpful and easy to keep in touch with.」

「Cute house! Easy to find once you realize that access is from the alley and not from Fletcher. Great location! Easy to walk to restaurants and Gainbridge Fieldhouse.」

「The place is fantastic. Made for a great getaway and vacation.」

「Steve and crew were wonderful hosts. The loft was super clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!」

「After a 9 hour trip we get to the address and the gate was difficult to find due to unclear directions and no markings on the fence to where the door was. Once we got into the unit its was viable clear that the Vrbo was not properly clean. Dead bugs on the carpet, molded coffee filter, water damage with mold spots in the bathroom and bedroom closet. Crusted/ rusty soap dispensers, dishes were unclean and left in oven ( in pictures). After seeing this we contacted the host. After a while without...

「Cleaned and very comfortable. Quiet residential trip. Exterior is dated but masks an updated interior. Close to Butler」
