The backyard transforms into a playground of joy, featuring a thrilling waterslide that cascades into a sparkling pool, a lively pickleball court for competitive fun, and a meticulously crafted 6-hole putting green for leisurely enjoyment.
We are proud to present our first "all inclusive" property. Which means we do not have any additional fees for any amentity on the property. This includes complimentary pool/spa heating and early/late check out (based on pre-approval from management and availability). It's crucial to note that while it covers various perks, it does not involve complimentary meals or alcholoic beverages. Please let us know if you have any questions.
But the excitement doesn't stop there. The garage has been ingeniously transformed into a captivating game room designed to thrill enthusiasts of all ages. Engage in mini-basketball shootouts, host poker nights at the table, challenge friends to air hockey, table tennis, or a game of pool, and step into a classic arcade boasting an impressive collection of over 500 games.
Inside, the residence radiates warmth and functionality, with an open main social space seamlessly connecting the living room to a top-tier kitchen and dining area, perfect for gatherings. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with a comprehensive housewares package, making meal preparation and service a breeze. Enhancing the entertainment quotient, a fireplace and wet bar in the living room, and a separate formal dining room elevate the property's appeal.
Each bedroom is designed with families in mind and embodies comfort and tranquility, with two of the four guestrooms featuring en-suite facilities. The 3.5 meticulously upgraded baths ensure seamless convenience during bustling mornings and evening routines.
The driveway can park up to 4 cars. There is no street parking!
