The house fit our family perfectly. The outside area is great, the little kids loved the landing in the pool! We loved watching the golfers all day. The rooms were great size and plenty of living space for us all. The huge TV was great for watching sports and we loved playing games at the dining table. Pantry and big fridge were great for all the the food we bring

Sandstorm Lacrosse Homebase

This was a great location for the lacrosse tournament. The house was clean and very comfortable. I agree with other comments that it was one of the nicer VRBO homes we have rented. There was a long wait at the gate the first night (20 minutes or more), but it was probably due to all the lacrosse travelers. It would be nice to have this a little earlier but this has nothing to do with the property owner. Great stay and would definitely stay again if we do tourney again.

Beautiful and comfortable

It was a pleasure to stay here and we would definitely book this property again. Beautiful Master suite far enough away from Kids and Grandparents’s rooms to enjoy some quiet down time. We enjoyed spending mornings drinking coffee and evenings with wine enjoying the view of the mountains and golf course. note: unrelated to this specific property, getting through The Indian Palms security check point can result in quite a traffic backup during peak times. For some reason they haven’t implemented an efficient process, so you will need to sit and wait it out.

A great place to stay

5 Stars- Myself and 5 friends stayed at this house to attend a concert at the Empire Polo Grounds. The house was very clean and exactly as described. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. It was a very relaxing spot. Definitely would recommend. Our one issue was with the gate house to enter the community. They need a better system as it took over an hour to get in as they were moving so slow and the line to get in was over 50 cars. This was on a Friday at 3pm. We made sure to go out early if we needed anything after that.

The best family time!

This was our 3rd stay and will not be our last!! Our first time was with 2 other couples, and the next two were family time with our adult kids and grandsons (3 yr old toddler and a 9 month old baby). The home is spacious, very clean and well equipped. Bonus having a high chair and travel crib. Lots of room for all of us to spread out (and master suite at opposite part of the house was perfect!) The best is the pool area with different sitting areas, umbrellas and backing onto the golf course for a great open feeling. The wide steps/levels into the pool were perfect for our toddler to play on and jump from:) Kim always responded quickly and was easy to communicate with. I appreciated feeling that any requests or concerns would be taken care of (we've never had any concerns!) Great times and memories celebrating my 65th birthday with my family! We will be back!

Beautiful home

My family and I were very pleased by this beautiful, spacious home. We celebrated my Mother's 80th bday there with friends and family. The home was well equipped with large bowls, platters, dishes and even a crock pot. The home has an open floor plan that was perfect for the celebration while the kids enjoyed the awesome pool with views of the golf course and mountains. The master jetted tub was a great indulgence to relax and refresh after our busy days. Kim was available and responded right away with any questions we had. The beds were extremely comfortable! Huge plus being an insomniac. Even the kids commented on how comfy the beds were. The lay out with 3 bedrooms on one side of the house and the master on the other side was perfect. It gave us privacy and peace from the 20 plus year-old children who like to stay up later than us. Plenty of seating inside and outside. The grill is natural gas so no need to worry about propane refills. Looking forward to our next stay!

We had a great time together for a family reunion. Everybody enjoyed their stay. The home and amenities were great, the pool was a huge hit with all of us and the weather was perfect. Our goats were great in communicating with us throughout the process. Would definitely go back!

The best family holiday!

This was our second time here, but the first with our adult kids and 18month grandson. Kim's home is spacious, very well taken care of and had everything we could possibly need. We spent our days in the pool and appreciated the many sitting areas with umbrellas!
