This is my second time staying here at Worldmark Indio. I didn’t get a chance to review the first stay so I will average both ratings out. First stay was great, concierge was professional and very knowledgeable. Our room was fairly close to the pool area (building 6). I spent the majority of my time in the lazy river which was very relaxing, yet the lazy river itself was somewhat dirty and got a lot dirtier by end of day.
I took my kids with me for the 2nd stay. Our room was very far from the kid pool but close to the arcade. The building we stayed in was on the opposite side of the property from where I first stayed (bldg 15). This building was a lot noisier all throughout the day and night. Doors slamming, rapid footsteps and voices were heard from my room on all sides, especially upstairs. None of the remote controls for the tvs in the room worked. Programming instructions were on the back of the remote in which I tried to troubleshoot countless times and had no luck. I wasn’t too concerned about television though.
Overall, room was clean and well stocked with towels. Everything on property is pretty pricy so I recommend bringing your own food and essentials. I spent a lot of money at the arcade and my kids really enjoyed it. You can easily spend $100 in less than an hour in there. Each game is anywhere between $2-$5 per play.
Also, everything is self contained. You will do your own dishes, and take your trash out. I had no room service for either stay. 3.7 rounded up.
