「So this hotel had the potential for 5 stars for its range but didn’t make it. First I contacted the hotel repeatedly to ask questions and the Expedia system crashed so I didn’t get any reply. That’s sad - and annoying - but I also emailed them directly. The hotel has a little kitchen with a hob. Very sparsely furnished with cups at and absolutely no cleaning stuff. No bottle of water supplied in courtesy on check in, I arrived after 10 pm and had no water to drink or brush teeth with. You...

「Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles」

「My husband and I reserved this accommodation without any preconceived notions. We were quite pleased with our experience. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room itself was straightforward, comfortable, and clean, and it was conveniently located just a 5 minute walk, or even less, from the beach. 「Chambre propre et spacieuse, la vue sur l’océan est inégale selon les chambres. Un changement a été proposé rapidement suite à réclamation pour mauvaise vue. Le personnel est réactif quand cela est nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner pris sur place est varié et à un tarif raisonnable environ 60 dirham. La piscine est propre bien entretenue et les équipements adaptés ( transats parasols…)」
