「Very clean, modern and comfortable apartment with outstanding views. We found this to be an excellent base to explore the region as well as Brunnen, with swimming in the lake directly across the road. Know before you go: This property is listed as having air con on VRBO, it does not have aircon, it has a ceiling fan. Likely not an issue unless it’s very hot. Also the pet fee - I was not informed about this when I booked but this is an additional 100CHF. Again not an issue and I happily paid it...

「Schöne Lage mit Blick auf den See. Alles da, was man braucht, klein aber fein. Preis / Leistung sehr gut, Betten bequem und alles sauber und gepflegt. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und gute Kommunikation. Man kann vor dem Haus kurz auf einem der drei Besucherparkplätze parken und ausladen (max 3 h) und anschließend auf dem Parkdeck auf einem reservierten Platz hinter dem Haus unbegrenzt. 」

「We didn’t know access was only before 10 p.m. via the last cable car, or that it cost 50 CHF per person each way. For five of us, that would be 500 CHF per day, or 1,500 CHF for three days, just to get up there and down. We didn’t stay because of this, and Gabrielle became unresponsive. What a waste! Never again—I’ll stick to hotels near main transportation unless the place is accessible by car.」

「The appartment was too small for three people. Elevator was not working, nobody came to fix it. There was no explanation about how the elevator worked, and there was no explanation abot the place we had to put the rubbish when leaving. It would have been nice to have air conditioner, because weather was hot.」

「The room was rather small and hot. There is no air vent/fan in the shower, which doesn't help as this contributes to making the room hot and steamy. Cleanliness is ok. Some of the other guests were messy and inconsiderate in the kitchen.The location is very good, just around the corner from the number 1 bus stop with shopping facilities in the Schappe Centre next door.」
