「There’s building house construction right on the cross street, everyday 7am will do the construction and it’s really noisy (and even till 9pm sometimes). Besides the noise problem, the room itself is really comfortable and clean」

「Location was great. Only a 5 minute walk to Cockle Bay and ICC Sydney. Nice little coffee shop and an IGA located about 20m from entrance to apartments. Apartment was clean and tidy, plenty of space and nice little kitchen. Bathroom would look nicer if it received a deep clean as it was a little dirty. There was a party on the top floor and due to it not being apart of the Urban rest group they could not contact the renter. Also of note, the lift opens directly into the apartment which is...

「You could tell it was cleaned just not very thoroughly. The floor was dirty, and the bathroom didn't seem very clean. Check in was easy though and good location.」

「The apartment is well equipped and has all it needs for a family getaway (e.g. cooking utensil, oven, seasoning, fridge and so so). Good lighting and generally clean. The air-conditioner is on upstairs only and if it's a hot day, sitting downstairs doesn't feel any cool stream. Besides, the apartment is located right next to the street level, noise from the passers-by or cars and next door neighbors can be easily heard. The host is responsive to enquiries」

「Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem stilvollen Apartment in Tamarama! Die Aussicht vom Balkon war atemberaubend, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, sodass man problemlos Mahlzeiten zubereiten konnte. Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer war perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag am Strand.」

「Everything was just perfect, from accessing the property to its stunning location. The view alone could entertain you for hours. The only aspect that was difficult was the lack of air con with the hot and humid weather. This maybe a strata issue, as it would appear no other unit within the complex had AC. 」
