「The main pool had not been cleaned at all in the 3 days that we were there. There was tons and tons of things from trees floating everywhere in the pool. It was so bad that myself and other guest asked for a net so that we could clean up. But there wa sjust so much that it awful.」

「I depend on reviews when I travel. I read the reviews for this property prior to booking. I cannot understand how there are so many people giving good reviews. I can handle an older place that is dated. This hotel is those things but it’s also dirty and smelly. There were hairs on the refrigerator door and a child’s toy underneath the bed. The room smelled like years of cigarette smoke and mold. I very rarely give terrible review but I don’t want anyone else to fall for the trap that I did...

「It was terrible! The room has roaches and spiders. The cover were dirty stains and cigarette burns on the blanket. The room smelled like smoked. We had to sleep with the lights on because if we cut the lights off, the roaches will crawl on us. It was just the worst experience I ever had and it was too much money to go through things like that. I would never recommend no one to stay there and then when it was time for checkout the man had to go check the room out and then he had the nerve to...

「Parking was easy and pool was clean. View of the water and the boat docks were beautiful. The public beach and area restaurants were walkable. The condo was very clean and spacious. There were beach toys for the children. The washer and dryer were there for use and came in handy. Bring your supplies and you will feel right at home! Thank you for sharing your happy place!!!」

「This is the worst motel I've ever stayed in. We rented 3 rooms in total for one night because we wanted to enjoy Clearwaterbeach, BIG MISTAKE! The rooms smelled horrible! There were holes in the walls, mold in the bathrooms with visible water damage. The floors were dirty, the linens were filthy, towels dingy and stained. THERE WERE LIVE ROACHES running around and my son had 2 (what we think were)fleas on him. We spent WAY too much money to sleep in a place worse than a dumpster. 」
