It was a welcome surprise to have a very large room for three adults. Staff helpful when asked for more towels. Would recommend for a short stay.

Gutrs Hotel für Business-Aufenthalt in Innsbruck. Shopping und Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Nähe Autobahn Zimmer dem standard entsprechend gutes Frühstück

Vi ankom to i bil og kunne få hvilet os lidt, inden vi skulle hente resten af familien i lufthavnen. Fin beliggenhed og ok morgenmad.

This is a hostel

This hotel is Rubbish, its smells and there are dodgy electrical wiring with wires hanging out of the wall and ceiling. That trade on noisy and clueless guests.

Im Industriegebiet, gelegen, mit Aussicht auf die Straße. Der Ton des Fernseher war durch Krachen sehr unangenehm und wurde nicht iO genbracht. Der Bezug des einzigen Stuhles im Zimmer war fleckig und lud nicht zum Hinsetzen ein. Die Wände waren dreckig und gehören dringend ausgemalt. Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich.

Als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit gut geeignet

Hotelpersonal war eher weniger freundlich. Dame an der Rezeption brachte außer "Bitte das hier ausfüllen" kein Wort heraus. Infos über Frühstück, Wellnessbereich oder Check-Out wurden nicht gegeben. Zimmer an sich war okay, aber nicht dem 4 Sterne-Status gerecht. In der Badewanne war ein langes, schwarzes Haar und in Waschbecken irgendwelche braune Krümel. Der Türramen zum Badezimmer war mit weißen Spritzern versehrt und wurde anscheinend schon länger nicht mehr sauber gemacht. Frühstück im Gegensatz dazu war sehr gut! Viel Auswahl: etliche Zutaten für Müsli, Brotorten, Semmeln, Croissants, Käseplatte, Rührei mit Bacon und vieles mehr. Wirklich top! Im großen und ganzen zur Übernachtung gut, jedoch auch mit 125€ Pro Nacht für ein Doppelzimmer definitiv zu teuer!

Hotel molto curato, personale gentile.Non vicino al centro citta' ma comodamente raggiungibile con il bus essendo la fermata fuori dall'hotel.Molto pulito, colazione molto varia. Da consigliare !

Magnifico Hotel a Innsbruck

piacevole sorpresa a Innsbruck poco distante dal centro ma facilmente raggiungibile grazie alla fermata del bus fuori l'albergo.È comunque situato in una zona piena di centri commerciali.Camere confortevoli calde super pulito,colazione abbondante sia salata che dolce.Se dovessi tornare a Inmsbruck tornerò qui.

Gradevole hotel in posizione strategica

L'hotel si trova a pochi metri dall'uscita autostradale Innsbruck Est. Il centro è facile da raggiungere sia in auto che con i mezzi pubblici. La qualità dell'hotel e del servizio (compreso il ristorante) sono buone.

Hübsches Hotel gut zu erreichen

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bad modern eingerichtet mit Badewanne. Freier Parkplatz vorhanden. Lage ist gut - direkt neben diversen Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen! Mangel: Demotiviertes Personal in der Nacht an der Rezeption und der Nichtraucherbereich ist nicht ansprechend im Gegensatz zum Raucherbereich.

A big, better than standard, hotel

We went on a two days visit to Innsbruck. The hotel is very big and mainly prepared to receive groups. We were lucky that there was no big group of young people as during the night we heard some doors slamming and people shouting and loudly laughing but only a few times. Breakfast is excellent and the cleaning ladies are very nice. Bus F is at the door and takes you to town and to the airport.

A COLAZIONE MANCANO COMPLETAMENTE I DOLCI. NIENTE DI NIENTE. NON PARLANO ITALIANO, QUINDI è IMPOSSIBILE CHIEDERE INFORMAZIONI su ristoranti E CHIARIMENTI. RAPPORTO CLIENTE-STRUTTURA = 0 . non c'è nessun canale italiano in tv. parcheggio inesistente perché troppo piccolo.

Bra Hotel, nära till busshållplats. Mycket bra frukost. För 33 Euro kan man köpa Innsbruck Card som är mycket prisvärd.

Not the non-smoking hotel that was advertised

Located in a light industrial area with a mild smell of fertilizer or rotting garbage. The mountain view room overlooked the industrial area Renovations still in progress and you will be woken up before 8am by the construction. Hotel is advertised as a non smoking property but you will find smoking in the hotel bar and if you need ice prepare yourself to stand in a smoke filled room to wait for ice. The fridge phone and some lights in room don't work. Only some of the desk staff speak English Very disappointing

Etape à Innsbruck

Réservation de dernière minute à Innsbruck. Un rapport qualité/prix correct mais une situation en zone commerciale un peu loin du centre (30 minutes à pied). L'avantage d'un parking gratuit est un plus et le petit déjeuner très bon.

Hotel a little bit away from downtown, but easy to get to town. Large mall nearby was also nice... Overall, excellent service and good room... Comfortable stay...
