“We ran out of hot water both nights, after a 26 hour trip a nice hot shower would have been very nice. Also, the place was not clean and ready for us. We had a long hassle of a process getting access to the unit and getting it cleaned even though I emailed the management company a week before our arrival as the owner asked me to. The owner refunded us 100 euros because of all the difficulties, I thought a full refund of the first night would have been more appropriate. But the refund is why……
