"We had a great time. Good location for Annecy and local supermarkets. Would recommend a day trip to Mont Blanc. Lovely welcome and send off from Joël. Amazing swimming pool and real value for money. It was really hot in Annecy during our stay but there are shutters and fans provided that helped lots. Would highly recommend especially for families. "

"Great place in a great location. A little lacking on closet space as cabinets are filled with linens, but host is super accommodating so I’m sure she would work with people. We had a short stay so it wasn’t that important. WiFi worked great, tv worked great and included US Netflix. Kitchen was well stocked and it was easy to take a 17 minute walk to old town Annecy from the apartment. Again, we were really happy there! Highly recommend it!"

"This was a very short notice booking and the owners were very helpful to sort this out. Another location had fallen through for us and we all had leave booked. Our children also had flights booked (Geneva) so at short notice (3-4 days) we needed a house for 6 people. The owners did their best to help us out and we appreciate that. Comms with the owners a bit patchy but not their fault - the house is rural so not much phone signal.

"A Annecy pour faire le triathlon de l’Alpsman, nous avons séjourné dans la villa. Rien de mieux pour être dans de bonnes condition, nous avons adoré la maison à l’unanimité. Très bien équipée, une vue magnifique sur le lac.Un accueil chaleureux et une réactivité de Philippe très appréciable également."
