The living/dining area, which spans 20 square meters, has a dining table, cable TV with international channels, a flat screen TV, radio, and air conditioning unit. It also provides access to a small balcony of 8 square meters, complete with balcony furniture. The bedroom, measuring 12 square meters, includes a double bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long) and an additional air conditioning unit. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, and an electric coffee machine.
