The room as booked and promised was not the same. Cheap decor, the light insufficient IE for reading or make up including bathroom and the room, the sound insulation poor and there was gap under the door leading from corridor to room.the bedding torned. Paint on window sill was coming off. The breakfast had poor choice with some food gone and not being refilled even we got breakfast at 8 am the fruit salad was still frozen- could not eat.

We stayed there to run the Jungfrau Marathon. The location is a 2 minute walk to the start line. Rooms were small, but clean. No AC but opening the windows and the fan in the room was sufficient. There was very little in the way of furniture, like dressers or night stands. Our luggage was our dresser. Also, no in room refrigerator. Breakfast was great! Scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly everyday, with fresh bread, meats and cheeses. This was a fantastic affordable option for a stay in Interlaken.
