“We stayed in 6 different hotels during our trip in Sri Lanka and this one is by far the best one. Luxury feel with amazing view, spacious rooms and balcony, great service and breakfast. My favorite part is the pool, big with an amazing view of the field and farm. Note that it's almost 1km from the main road so you probably won't go out much. It also means it's secluded, quiet and secluded.”

“Property is not found at 53 Riverside Road, Matale. Given phone is switched off but he answered on the previous day and asked us to come. According to him weather was ok but weather was terreble and came back home because no place to stay at the night. I had to block my card as well. The worst experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.”

If you want to have a relaxing holiday, not doing much but hanging out by the swimming pool, cycling around rice fields, enjoying locally produced organic vegetable meals away from crowds of tourists and being attended to by friendly staff - here is your spot. It is in the midst of the nature so if you have limited tolerance to wild life, maybe reconsider, but I consider such place in this world today as a hidden gem. It was a perfect get away for us……
