"The front desk staff during check in was probably the nicest and friendliest that I have ever experienced. The gentleman in the morning wasn't a morning person but no biggie. The shuttle was on time. The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfy. No tissues in the tissue box is my only complaint."

"I will definitely stay here again when in Pittsburgh. The room and bathroom were very spacious, bed and pillows were so comfortable. Room temp remained comfortable the entire time. The breakfast options were great and freshly made. Even biscuits and gravy, real eggs and a pot of oatmeal were offered along with the usual waffles, toast, yogurt, oranges, apoles, juice, coffee, soda and cereal. Coffee was really good as well. Guest Checkin was fast and friendly and the workers attending breakfast were so nice. They greeted you and helped. One even offered to wash my lid to my insulated cup for me and she did! "
