Super friendly and helpful staff - Marta showed us to our room upon arrival and explained the room features (I've never experienced that at a hotel before!). The hotel and the room were beautiful and spotless - and the shower has to be one of the best hotel showers of all time! Great stay!」

「The breakfasts are anazing, the room is nice, but a weird shape. The view is great, especially at the sunny and a bit if clouds weather. The heating is AC, so it takes time to warm up te room, the water takes quite some time to heat (3-5 min of cold water before hot water arrives). The bad is a nice size, nut for my 1.9 meters it was barely enough if I use a small pillow. So beds must be 1.9-2m, yake it into account. Atllthough, it is wide wnough to fit me diagonally + my loved one.」

「The hotel is located on the edge of Stresa and near one of the ferry terminals. It would suit those who don't mind a 30 min walk in to the town centre. Our room was reasonably large but the bathroom was a bit odd with the shower head located in the middle of the wall making it difficult to use. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend, mehrsprachig und hatte immer ein nettes Wort sowie ein Lächeln für die Gäste. Auch das Frühstücksbuffett hat uns gut gefallen. Top. Weiter so.
