The cottage in Capolaia

The cottage is spread over two levels.
At the entrance, you’ll find a charming garden equipped with a beach umbrella, lounge chairs, a swing, a table with chairs, and a sunshade.
On the ground floor, an open-concept living area includes a living room with a TV, a comfortable sofa, and an armchair; a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher; and a bathroom with a shower stall.
The sleeping area is located on the second floor and includes two large triple bedrooms (each with a double bed and a single bed), a small single bedroom, and a second bathroom with a bathtub.
The villa has independent natural gas heating, and radiators are located on both floors.
The cottage is strategically located. It is just a short walk from the town’s main square and 5 kilometres from Sulmona. Additionally, Scanno, Pescocostanzo, and the Roccaraso ski resorts are easily accessible. Nearby are mountain areas perfect for hiking, such as Monte Plaja, which features a chalet where you can enjoy local products and take in panoramic views of the Peligna Valley, Capolaia, and Monte Genzana.
The town square is home to the main amenities, including a supermarket, two cafes, a restaurant, the church, the pharmacy, and the post office. In the historic part of town, you can visit the medieval tower.
