「The decor and styling of the hotel was so unique. We just loved it. The hotel lobby had lovey vibes, there were cosy arm chairs set up where you can have a drink by the fire. 」

「Overall it's a decent stay, however I got a doble instead a twin, which I message them couple weeks ago, it will be perfect if they considered our needs」

「Manager was really nice. Units are what you would expect for a 3 star motel. Not compliant at switchboard though. Cracked mirror. 」

「Welcoming staff on arrival. We had originally booked a studio and were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment. Was spacious and clean. Not that we had travelled to Ballarat on the train but Quest Station was right next to the station. And the premises were within walking distance to cinema and to restaurants 」

「Safari was beautiful, had everything we needed. Beautiful two bath tubs and huge shower. Plus a few kangaroo visitors outside at night. Fire place and super comfy bed was a win too. 」

「Great quick check in. We were just staying one night on the way to Tullamarine airport in Melbourne. A spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Bloomin' luxury with the electric blanket as it was a chilly day! The view was lovely and we also appreciated the blinds at night time. I didn't indulge in the hot tub but it was extremely tempting! We loved the easy walking proximity to resturants and shopping. Desi Vibes fed us amazing Indian cuisine. We would love to return and explore more of...

「我入住的那天下着雨，又大霧，加上我開車回去時已經是晚上，路上沒路燈。雖然有GPS帶路，但也找不到入口處，要打電話麻煩工作人員出門口接我，這值得一讚。希望增加一些有燈的路牌，那就容易找到了。」

「我老公睡了一晚后身上发了小红点，虽然不严重，但很痒，不过房间内设有大浴缸可以泡澡还不错」

「very good location as 5 min drive from gold museum and sovereign hill. good facilities, our kids played at the indoor playground for an hour. the room itself is small」
