  • This charming one bedroom flat is on the first floor of a central period apartment building. There is a bright open living room, with comfortable seating, a dining area and access to a small but perfectly formed & fully equipped kitchen. There is Wi-Fi and a smart TV.
    The bedroom is equipped with ample storage and a wonderfully comfortable double bed (UK size, 135cm x 190cm). The shower room has a walk in shower. On street parking available outside the property free of charge with the guest parking permit.

The apartment was clean, welcoming and very handy to shops and transport. We also got our daily workout walking up and down the hill to access the property, although you could also access the apartment from the shopping centre when it was open.

Exactly as described. Clean, warm, comfy and well appointed Located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery and attractions. Street parking was always available.Host, Jill, responded to all queries and was in contact upon arrival and departure A terrific home away from home!

This is a small, one-bedroom flat close to the center of Inverness. It was perfect for my wife and me. It’s called bed on the brae due to it being on Stephens Street which is a fairly steep leading down to a pedestrian-only street, where there is a Marks and Spencer for groceries plus several good restaurants . This takes you to Bridge Street and the River Ness. The bedroom was not large but roomy enough, with lots of shelf space and hangers for clothes. The bedroom was very comfortable, firm but not hard. There is a pleasant living room with a comfortable couch, a small gate legged table for meals, a tv and large windows which let in afternoon sun. The kitchen is small but well-equipped, including a 4 burner range, oven, microwave and small refrigerator with freezer. There is a Nespresso Machine and a kettle. There is also a clothes washer which we used and it worked well. Clothes are dried on a drying rack which is stored folded in the bedroom. There are sufficient plates, utensils, glassware and kitchen tools. The knives were actually sharp. The flat is very nicely decorated with art, photographs and other wall hangings. There were some books about things to do in and around Inverness. Jill, the host/manager was easily reached via the VRBO app and she answered us quickly. We would love to stay here again on a return visit.
