Overall, a satisfactory stay, noted no AC in the rooms for hot summer days. Only a fan provided. Breakfast was very good, however.

We liked having on demand tea and coffee available downstairs for no extra charge. The breakfast was nice too but it would have been good if each item had labels on it to make identifying gluten free options easier so we didn't have to find someone to ask. The rooms also have no air con so if the weather had been any warmer, it may have been a bit uncomfortable. They do provide a fan though. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at reception.

I stayed 2 days. The pillows and the bed were comfortable and the breakfast was good with lots of food choices. The dinner menu had basic bar food and was reasonably priced. I was on the 2nd floor and the elevator worked just fine. I would stay there again.

This stay was perfect for us and we only wish we had stayed longer. The staff if world-class for professionalism and kindness. The rooms were big enough for our family (4 people to each room), the breakfast was amazing, there was actually parking (which we have learned is not always available even when listed), and my kids loved the complimentary hot cocoa.
