Host was very helpful and accommodating for our stay at the mermaid house, house was clean, welcoming and very well situated on the river to do a lot of manatee and boater watching, beds were very comfortable. All in all this was a great stay for us trqveling from seattle to weeki wachee.

Overall it was a good stay. Unfortunately, the bedding and couch had dog and/or cat hair all over it; which made for a bad time for my daughter whom is allergic to both. Thankfully I bring my own sheets. Fridge was not cleaned behind the handles, so I was grabbing onto sticky dried up food.

Home was spacious and very clean, well put together. We did have to pay for the kayaks, which I wasn't expecting, as well as a launch fee at KP Hole.
