"We needed to change our reservation while in route to our destination. We called the hotel to accomplish the change. The staff were so helpful. Everyone did their best to assist with any needs we had. Excellent hotel, excellent staff. We would highly recommend the Sleep Inn in Charles City, IA."

"This flat was a perfect homebase as I visited family in the area. It was equipped with everything I needed, and was a really cute space in a wonderful location along the river and overlooking the movie theater across the street.
