"Die Vermieterin ist erst gar nicht erschienen. Aber Geld für die Wohnung wurde mir abgebucht. Wir standen um 17.00 Uhr in der Anlage und hatten, obwohl bezahlt und bestätigt, keine Unterkunft. Dies war mit erheblichem Ärger und zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden. Kontakte mit der Hotline von fewo waren ebenfalls sehr unerfreulich. Nur gebrochen deutsch sprechende unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Keinerlei Kommunikation möglich. Auf die Rückerstattung des Geldes warte ich immer noch. Ich werde da nie wieder...

"5-star experience. We really enjoyed our stay here from the room, the staff, the breakfast, and everything else. This was the best place we stayed at in our 12-night Southern Italy trip. The Duplex Room was really nice, the spa was very unique and special. The staff went out of their way to make sure they provide the best service. They also made great dinner recommendations and arranged for easy parking pick-up and drop-off."
