"Great choice overall , loved the location, amenities, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection was excellent, and the restaurant Flow was a real highlight, the kind of place you could easily spend all day in.
A few small things held it back from perfect: room layout could be improved (no plugs near the mirror for hair/makeup, limited counter space around the sink), and pool-area privacy was disrupted by gardeners cleaning during the day. Room service options felt limited and skewed heavy/fried , more variety would help, especially for warmer weather. The minibar fridge also wasn’t cooling properly, so drinks weren’t cold. There were rubbish behind the pool which could have easily been removed when pool is cleaned too.
None of these are major issues, but fixing them would make a great stay even better."
