「I always like to stay at Iowa House when I'm in Ames. The location is excellent, the breakfast always delicious, and the self-serve aspect of the house works really well. The common spaces are comfortable and nicely appointed, bringing back that ISU vibe with mid-century decor and oak treatments.」

「I had a very pleasant experience here and would stay again. Kay and Celeste were very sweet and welcoming hosts. They prepared a tasty breakfast every morning and had fresh coffee. The room was small and the building is old so every step is squeaky, but that personally made it more charming for me! Bringing a fan for noise helped with sleeping.
