“Refrigerator in kitchen would not stay cold, spoiled food and milk soured over night. Lady bugs overwmed the inside of the house. Ceiling fan in living room has a short and light blinks all the time. Ceiling fan in pool table room would not come on. Most vacuums did not work or had broken plugs. Algae build up on rug by pool and hot tub was very slippery. Both coffee pots would not stay hot. General maintenance outside could definitely be improved kind of dirty and unappealing. “Clean and reasonable rate”

“Cabin was cozy, especially with a fire going.We had a great view of the stars and a meteor shower at night. Local recommendations for sights, food, gas, firewood, etc were spot on. Some of the cutlery/ utensils weren't completely clean (maybe from the previous guest) but we clean before using regardless. ”

“I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the lake experience. There are lake in views in the front and back of this cabin. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I had to extend my stay due to a death in the family and they were very kind and thankfully able to accommodate my request. ”

“We have rented this home several times and love it. It is the perfect space for our annual multi-generational trip to Lake Okoboji. The beds are comfortable, the open space in the backyard is perfect for our grandchildren and children to play sports. The kitchen is pretty well furnished with dishes and utensils. I would recommend that you bring your own baggies, tin foil, Saran Wrap etc…”
