Since losing our prior Okoboji weekend location of 25+ years, we have found that the Stay Properties are very accommodating to our needs. They are in the same neighborhood we are used to, comfortable and clean. We look forward to staying again next year.」

「When we first arrived there was trash in the yard and bushes. As we were bringing things inside we noticed very sticky spots on the floor. The counters were dirty, see attached photo of dirty cleaning wipes we had to buy. We had to vacuum immediately. As we were getting ready for bed, the bedding was dirty. Full of long black hair, chips, and lots of stains. We brought the concerns up with the property manager and she was able to deliver new stuff 4 hours later which was a long time of us...
