This three bedroom house is nestled in the trees on 12 acres in the beautiful Northwoods of Wisconsin. Enjoy the many year-round outdoor activities. Relax on the deck overlooking the Iron River or in the cozy living room with friends and family. Downtown Iron River is a short walk or ride away (.5 miles).
Lake Superior, Pike Chain if Lakes, Apostle Islands, Duluth, Spirit Mountain, Bayfield and Ashland are other popular destinations.
This area is know for a wide range of outdoor activities. Miles and miles of ATV and Snowmobile trails, hunting and fishing, ice fishing, boating, kayaking and canoeing down Brule river, biking, hiking and much more!
When you arrive there is parking in front of the house as well as space next to the garage for trailers and toys. When you enter the main floor the living room is on the right flowing into the dining room. There is an electric fireplace, TV and sofa bed in the living room. The full kitchen includes an electric stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The patio door leads to a large deck overlooking the river. Outdoor seating and grill make it a perfect spot for a summer cookout, a relaxing place to unwind or have your morning coffee. The master bedroom is on the main floor with a King bed and patio door to the deck. The main floor bathroom has a toilet, sink and bathtub.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms, both with queen beds. The upstairs bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.
Walk down the path to the river where there is a small bridge and plenty of shallow areas for the kids to play and swim. Enjoy floating in a tube down the river from the bridge to the house.
You will often see deer, birds and other wildlife on the property.
