"Exceptional room. The bench with pillows and a round table were brilliant idea. Welcoming and comfortable. "

"Room & bathroom exceptionally clean. The only negative point was blocked toilets in the basement loo's. No signs to explain, and they smelled. There was a bad smell in reception area too, not sure if this was the drains or not though. Lovely hotel though, great facilities. We had a premium room upgrade which had a massive bed, so comfy too. We didn't have breakfast or use the bar as we were out enjoying London, but looked a nice space & seemed a good selection."

"This hotel was so great. The location is absolutely perfect. Make sure you pack your walking shoes and you can get to pretty much everywhere in central London! Staff was also incredible. Also free laundry on the second floor if you have a longer term stay. "

"From the initial interaction from the reception staff, to the final good bye from the gentleman on the door as we left, every single member of staff was courteous, polite, and accommodating. We stayed in the WOW Suit which had a lot of space. We found that there were a lack of plug sockets near the bed. If I was going to suggest an improvement, it would be for a bigger TV to be installed. The breakfast was very nice. A good selection of different items, and they were all fresh. No old fruit in this fruit salad. :) I prefer poached eggs over scrambled, but this isn't easy in a buffet style breakfast. We were invited to use their joining pub for an evening meal, but the pub staff say they are always busy on Sundays which results on many hotel guests not being able to the pub restaurant; something they have told the hotel but they do not tell the guests. The concierge was able to suggest other local services to use."
