“I was traveling with family's all these was important to me. The room was super clean, the bath room was super clean, bed's comfortable A/C unit working great and easy to to manage.the floor/carpet was also very clean. everyone was very friendly. the place was quiet. It was excellent!.will definitely come back. ”

“The property is located in a small neighborhood right by the water. While there are houses fairly close it is quiet with beautiful views. The house is clean and has good appliances/wifi for a comfortable stay. It is a one bedroom with a big bathroom and living room. The screened in patio is good to avoid the mosquitos. One note is for those with mobility issues, the shower/bathtub has a high ledge with a thicker width to get in/out.”

“The location was good for us as it was in between Quantico and DC. Pictures are fairly accurate. It is definitely pet friendly. There are stains on the rugs and couch. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. I would suggest getting a bigger couch to accommodate more guests that could be easily cleaned. This seems to be a common problem in rental property. The host was excellent. He communicates very well and is friendly.”

“Property owners are quite kind with easy communication. I didn't see on the description that the suite is a basement with the owners' living areas the main house upstairs and just through French doors downstairs. I also didn't read that there is no kitchen sink. These details may not have affected my decision to book, because the alternative was hotels that probably wouldn't have had a kitchen area at all. Basement is cold in summer so renter needs extra layer of clothing. No toaster oven as……

“Nice updated small house, great location on the water. Great bird watching...saw many bluebirds and eagles in addition to many water birds. Hot tub was great. Note that road to house is gravel and hilly...not good if you have a low clearance car such as a corvette. Our sedan handled it no problem.”

“This place was very cute and had a good layout, we just ran into problems from the start. First we had a problem with the dryer, but that was quickly figured out and we had great communication with the host. Next there was a broken couch, it was barely holding together, no danger for anyone, just didnt want to get hit with damages. I was really upset about the hidden pet fee when I booked the place. There was nothing posted on listing, all it stated was one pet was allowed *alrrady high cleaning……

“This cottage was right on the main road in Colonial Beach. It was very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The outdoor area was relaxing and had a fire pit and grill. The location was close to everything in town. You could walk to the beach and many stores and restaurants. We love the area and hope to return soon!”

“My friends group does yearly father/son trip, its getting harder to find places big enough for our group. This place hit it out of the park. It was huge, comfy and had loads of amenities. The pool was amazing, the house felt great to just be in. And if you have a hankering, the fishing off the pier was superb, well if you like to catch catfish... which the boys loved. Overall one of the best places I have ever had the pleasure of staying at.”
