"Location is excellent, room was clean, the staff were helpful. I love that they don't require keycards on the elevators. I used the gym and found the ceilings to be a little low and the space a little cramped, but it got the job done. The included breakfast was decent but nothing to write home about. I did have issues with the water pressure and heat in the shower. The shower would eventually get hot during the day, but not at night. During the day it took about 5 minutes to get hot."

"Great central location. Lobby looks nice and plenty of seating. Reception and cleaners staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom could do with an upgrade but does the job. Had a leak in the bathroom on my trip and the reception team sent someone up to fix it quickly - very appreciated."

"It was a pleasant surprise to stay at this property. Yes, the rooms are quite small, but the Queen suite was completely acceptable if all you need is a place to crash each night and have a private (clean and fully functional) washroom. The lobby and bar are hip and active. I would definitely stay at POD again."

"We have stayed at other Arlo properties and have enjoyed them. This hotel lived up to the reputation we have expected. Rooms were nice and clean and had all the stuff we needed, and the staff was extremely helpful. Great central location for a stay in the city. Would stay here again."
