This beautiful townhouse, within the Isca Calabretta complex, has been recently completed and furnished to a very high standard.

The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse boasts a landscaped garden and two balconies (one with morning and the other with afternoon and evening sun and magnificent mountain views) and is located a 150m stroll from the stunning sandy beaches of the Ionian coast. Isca Marina is approximately 45 minutes drive from Lamezia Terme Airport in the South of Italy.

Nice house. Good people .Poor dining room table barely seats 2

Beware of the following. You will need a car from the first moment as the nearest market of sorts is over a mile away. No restaurants nearby except for 2 mediocre ones This place is very nice and clean .The beach is about 600 yards away .It was a nice stay but the house location is more secluded than we expected

Huisje vlakbij de zee in een rustige omgeving. Smaakvol ingericht, ruim, schoon, fijn dat er al wat noodzakelijke levensmiddelen (zout, kruiden, olie, wasmiddel enz.) aanwezig waren. Auto noodzakelijk voor boodschappen en uitstapjes. Prachtige bergdorpjes als Badolato in de omgeving.

Beautiful apartment/house nice location

We enjoyed our stay in Isca Marina. The house is beautiful,. We liked the two different balconies and ate every day at one of them. The sea is only 3. Minutes to go and there is free wifi at the beach. The swimmingpool is great and september/october is a very quiet time to stay we liked that very much. We visited a lot of small towns in the mountains
