「I was suprised to see a hostel that is not falling from a 4 star hotel. The area is nice , with place to walk seat nice gardens, all is clean and well maintained. Sleeping was amazing , its quiet and the mettress is very good , the room was modern and good looking and the plus that you can take rooms was see view balcony. 「Excellent location near Carmel Center. All rooms overlook Haifa Bay. Beautiful neighborhood with many excellent restaurant choices. This is a favorite hotel which I return to often over the years.」

「Front desk staff was great! But we had to change rooms 3 times. The first two were old and door broken/ no WiFi. The third room was actually like the picture in the advertisement. Very disappointed For a 9.2 star rated hotel . It is more like 3 star hotel depending on what room they give you.」
